A Stroll Across Parisian Passages - Kabuki
As the calendar nears its conclusion, we thought it’d be unfair to not offer one of our favourite terroirs. A Panama Gesha!
This one is a bit personal, but it was my first time visiting Paris and also meeting Kabuki. There wasn’t much on my bucket list, except to try a couple chocolate based desserts and Foie Gras.
Don’t worry, your coffee tastes nothing like it!
It’s safe to say he did his part to make my Paris trip extremely memorable. Exploring the passages of Paris was quite a fun experience as that’s how we did most of our commute. They don a charm about themselves, and are of extreme historical significance. This also helped me learn that when Kabuki isn’t roasting coffee, he also advises large hotel chains and restaurants on their sourcing for Cigars & Rum.
This is to say that Kabuki is a rather interesting individual, and his fine taste shows through this coffee.
