Based out of Paris, Kabuki is a brand which is only just starting out, and prides itself in offering premium coffees and adopts a style that is similar to other Parisian roasters which is appreciated by many. You’ll find a coffee which does a great job at expressing the sweetness from the cherry using the honey process alongside a clean floral profile which makes for a great pairing and allows you to appreciate Costa Rican flavours in its essence.
