About the Farm (from Moby Dick):

The farm is located in the Inkawasi district of Cusco, Peru, nestled on the mountainside of the sacred mountain APU Choqesafra. It is one of the very few rare growing regions in the country with ultra-high altitude conditions suitable for coffee cultivation. The farm's soil is of volcanic origin, rich in minerals and organic matter, and preserves a large number of native tree species and wild birds, forming a complete ecological microsystem. The coffee trees grow under natural shade, which not only helps the cherries mature evenly and build a denser structure, but ultimately imparts a cleaner and more stable flavor expression to the coffee.
