This is now our fourth year buying coffee from Rumudamo station, and our sixth overall buying from Daye Bensa. We had the opportunity to visit Sidama in 2025 and see Rumudamo for ourselves. This season, we again purchased three lots from Daye Bensa's COE-winning station in Arbegona, Sidama. This season's washed lot shows all the articulate stone fruit character we've come to love from the station's washed coffee. Established in 1996 as producers, Daye Bensa has lived through all the turmoil that cottee growing and exporting entails in the region. Nowadays, they are a reference for excellence and resilience in Ethiopia and operate numerous stations around Sidama, working with outgrowers all over the region.
